By using The Curator, you agree to these Terms. Read them carefully.

1. The Service

The Curator provides an adaptive AI conversation experience. The service is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable Use

  • No attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
  • No unlawful, harmful, infringing, or harassing content.
  • No use of automated tools to bypass rate limits.

4. AI Output

AI responses are generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on outputs as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are at our discretion. Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Curator branding, design, and software are our property or licensed to us. Your conversation content remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we may delete associated data per our retention policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Curator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
