AI Transparency & Compliance

Last updated: August 22, 2026 · Applies to The Curator (Lisaiceland.com)

1. AI system disclosure

The Curator interacts with you using a generative AI model orchestrated through the Lovable AI Gateway (currently powered by Google Gemini and OpenAI-compatible models). You are interacting with an artificial intelligence and not a human being. Every assistant message is generated automatically and may be incorrect, biased, or out of date.

2. Intended purpose & risk classification

Under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689) we classify The Curator as a limited-risk system used for conversational entertainment, ideation and discovery. It is not designed for and must not be used as a substitute for: medical, legal, financial, psychological, safety-critical, employment, credit, education-scoring, law-enforcement, migration, biometric identification or social-scoring decisions.

3. Transparency obligations (Art. 50)

  • You are informed at the start of every session that you are interacting with an AI system.
  • AI-generated text, audio and share-cards are clearly attributed to The Curator and marked as machine-generated.
  • Synthetic voice replies (TTS) and speech-to-text are produced by the AI and are not human recordings.

4. Data, training & retention

We do not use your conversations to train foundation models. Messages are stored in your account so you can review your history and are deleted on request. Voice recordings are streamed to the transcription provider and are not retained server-side after transcription completes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Limitations, hallucinations & bias

  • Hallucinations: the model may invent facts, names or events. Always verify before relying on output.
  • Bias: the model reflects patterns in its training data and may produce biased or stereotyped responses.
  • No human oversight per turn: outputs are not individually reviewed by a human before being shown to you.
  • Language quality: reply quality may degrade in low-resource languages.

6. Your rights

You always have the right to:

  • Refuse to interact with the AI and use only static pages.
  • Request a copy of, or deletion of, your conversation history (contact us via the Contact page).
  • Withdraw any consent (analytics, marketing) at any time via the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer.
  • Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection or AI-supervisory authority.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use The Curator to: generate illegal content, impersonate real persons in a harmful or deceptive way, attempt to identify natural persons through biometric inference, automate decisions with legal effects on individuals, or circumvent safety filters. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Contact & provider
