This includes presentations to senior government officials, country management, and economic boards in India, Japan, Australia, China, and Turkey, as well as presentations to Pfizer’s Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. Through his company’s major acquisitions of Warner Lambert, Pharmacia and Wyeth Frank has developed and implemented integrated organizational infrastructure, processes, and systems. He has also played a leadership role with country specific acquisitions outside the USA working with international third-party investment banking groups and other international financial institutions.

Currently, Frank develops operational and financial strategies for global supply chain and manufacturing, reporting directly to the VP of Finance for Manufacturing (direct report of CFO of Pfizer Inc.) and Regional Vice President of Operations for manufacturing in Asia, Africa/Middle East and South America. He is responsible for a $1.1 billion of global spend where he plays a leadership role in all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, cash flow reporting, and actual results/need to meet analysis for 35 manufacturing sites and a team of over 100 in-country finance professionals. The specific countries are: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, China (Beijing, Dalian, Hong Kong, Shanghai), India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Turkey, Thailand, and Venezuela. He has traveled to these countries extensively.

Frank obtained his MBA with a concentration in Finance and Financial Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from Providence College. As a seasoned Volunteer and Board Member, Frank is a North East Region Board Member of The American Cancer Society helping to raise over $1.5 Million and Executive Board member of Theatre Forward. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Frank lives with his wife Bonnie and son Luke in New York City and has completed 2 New York City Marathons and over 20 half marathons.

Throughout her executive career, Barbara has held leadership positions at Barbara Falco Pharma Consult, LLC; Abbott Laboratories (formerly Kos Pharmaceuticals), and Johnson Matthey Pharmaceutical Materials. In her current role as a President and Owner of Barbara Falco Pharma Consult, she has been responsible for business development, creating quality management systems, strategic planning, regulatory strategy and remediation, and managing company relationships. In her role as Executive Director of Quality Assurance at Kos Pharmaceuticals, she was responsible for developing company systems, as well as reaching $1B in sales within 11 years. Involved with M&A and due diligence she was placed on the strategic transition team to help transfer knowledge to the new company as well as construct a new staff. At Abbott Laboratories, she worked to minimize the company’s carbon footprint by 20% by finding alternate energy sources.

Barbara also has extensive experience managing and auditing suppliers as well as a background working in quality assurance and control in the API industry.
She spent over 10 years on the board of directors of the International Pharmaceutical Aerosol Consortium (IPAC-RS) where she served as the chair of the supplier quality working group which developed and published (2006 & 2011) guidelines for orally inhaled and nasal drug product component supplier quality.

Barbara continues to serve as a science advisor for IPAC-RS.
She is a winner of numerous awards with Kos, including the Kos Special Recognition Award, was selected for the Abbott Operational Leadership Summit, and is also a winner of the IPAC-RS Board Chair’s Award. She is a certified yoga instructor working on the “Yoga in Prisons” project, and also a Mountaineer. She has summited Kilimanjaro and is attempting the seven summits.

Phil holds Bachelor of Arts, Music, Performance, Composition from Berklee College of Music as a Full-Term Performance Scholarship recipient, with a Bachelor of Music granted.
